Disc condition: Very Good

Sleeve condition: VG/VG+

Disc is in nice shape with only some light surface scratches that cause a small amount of surface noise but no skipping.

The Thermographic Picture Cover is also in nice shape apart from some slight markings near the bottom of the front cover and a slight bit on the back (see pictures to see what it looks like)
