Original issue with Picture Inner Sleeve.

The cover has the usual bit of creasing around the edges and some scuff marks. It also has a sticker on the back "PROMOTIONAL COPY ONLY NOT FOR RESALE" 

The vinyl has some wispy light marks but looks in excellent condition overall and has had little play by the looks of it.
